In-person and Virtual to residents of Texas and Florida│Ages 13-17

Teenagers are at a unique developmental point in which they are navigating identity, peer relationships, academic demands, and family dynamics. I collaborate with teens and their families as they step into their emerging identity alongside managing the stressors of day-to-day life. I help teens bolster their self-esteem, particularly as it relates to their sense of security in their changing peer and family relationships.

My teen clients will find that I take a warm and playful approach to therapy. I love to incorporate humor and warmth into my sessions with teens. My hope is for my teens feel safe enough to bring their full selves into counseling.

Session fees:

• 50-60 minute intake session: $170

• 50-53 minute standard session (after intake): $150
