What is the cost per session?

Intake session: $170/session

Standard session: $150/session

How long do sessions last?

Intake session: 50-60 minutes

Individual adult and teen sessions: 50-53 minutes

Play therapy sessions: 45 minutes

Couples and family sessions: 50-60 minutes

Do you offer in person or Telehealth?

I offer in-person sessions to residents of the Rio Grande Valley, TX, and Telehealth sessions to residents of Texas and Florida. Play therapy sessions for children ages 12 and younger will be conducted only in-person.

Do you accept insurance?

I currently accept Aetna, Cigna, and Optum (United Healthcare). For private pay clients, I can provide you with a superbill, or a receipt of the cost of services, that you can give to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Do you offer sliding scale ?

If the cost of therapy is a barrier to accessing counseling services for yourself or your family, I offer a limited number of sliding scale (reduced cost) sessions. Please contact me to ask about my sliding scale rates.
